The subcontractor will provide appraisal services under the City Revitalization Program. Efraín Tirado Appraisal Group, PSC: The subcontractor will provide appraisal services, is a appraisal reevaluation, at Calle MJ Cabrero 35 Esquina Muñoz Rivera in San Sebastián, under the City Revitalization Program (CRP). The contract term is from March 24, 2022 until April 13, 2022, the contract amount will not exceed $400.00 dollars.
Benítez, Ramos, & Associates LLC.: The Subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the acquisition and Installation of Solar Lighting and Reconstruction of existing sidewalks in Carr. P.R. #125 Emérito Estrada Rivera Avenue until intersection Carr. P.R. #111, under the City Revitalization Program (CRP) of CDBG-DR Funds.
