Central Group Engineering Services, PSC: The subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the Paseo La Princesa Parking Lot project, located on Highway PR 156, Km. 16 of Barranquitas; as well as everything stipulated in the "Scope of Services" identified as Attachment #1 and other documents that are part of the "Request for Proposal", as part of the City Revitalization Program (CRP) under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on March 6, 2023, until August 8, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $169,000.00. SAM Unique Entity Identifier: JLANEKFLKXD3.

Figueroa & Figueroa - Arch Project Management: The subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the “Centro de Usos Multiples Project,” located at “Barrio Barrancas, Sector Nuevo Barranquitas of the Barranquitas Municipality, as part of the City Revitalization Program (CRP) under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on April 3, 2023, until December 3, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $165,357.00. UEID: SWBUNKLSZ7L6.
Figueroa & Figueroa - Arch Project Management: Amendment A- The subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the “Centro de Usos Multiples Project,” located at “Barrio Barrancas, Sector Nuevo Barranquitas” of the Barranquitas Municipality, as part of the City Revitalization Program (CRP) under CDBG-DR funds. Amendment A serves the purpose of amending clause VII (Seventh) to extend the term of the contract from December 4, 2023, until December 4, 2024. Figueroa & Figueroa - Arch Project Management: Amendment B- The subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the Centro de Usos Multiples Project, located at “Barrio Barrancas, Sector Nuevo Barranquitas” of the Barranquitas Municipality, as part of the City Revitalization Program (CRP) under CDBG-DR funds. Amendment B serves the purpose of amending clause IV (Fourth) to add the amount of $28,000.00 to the contract; clause V (Fifth) to indicate the budget line from where the funds come, and clause VII (Seventh) to extend the term of the contract from February 27, 2024, until December 4, 2024.
